Zen Tank Driving Simulator (Tank DS) is a 6 Degrees of Freedom (6 DoF) motion platform-based simulator. It exactly replicates the driver cabin environment and all the controls to deliver the most realistic tank-driving experience. The simulator is specific to the particular tank it serves.
Special exercises prepare the driver for fording, trailer/railway rolling stock loading/unloading onto a tank trailer or railway flat wagon, Bridge Layer Tank (BLT), and fording.
The simulator can be built into a 20-foot shipping container for plug-and-play use and is environmentally friendly. The containerized simulator is easily transported. It can also be installed on a plinth without the container.
The simulator is rugged, weatherproof, and air-conditioned.

Scenario Builder :
Scenarios and driving exercises are created using the user-friendly ‘Scenario Builder,’ allowing users to create terrains, tracks, and obstacles according to training needs.
Zen Tank DS can be configured for any tank currently in use. It can be integrated with the corresponding Zen Tank Crew Gunnery Simulator (CGS) for full tank crew integration and training. Tank DS can also be integrated with other simulators for comprehensive tactical training.
Zen Tank Crew Gunnery Simulator (CGS) is a state-of-the-art tank turret simulator. It exactly replicates the environment inside the tank turret and all the controls to deliver a realistic experience for tank commanders and gunners. It enables them to perform various functions related to selection, prioritizing, target engagement, and control operations just as in the real tank. For tanks with a four-person crew, a loader station can be included in the turret interior. The simulator is specific to the particular tank it serves.
The simulator allows the crew to detect, identify, acquire, track, range, select ammunition, aim, and fire different types of ammunition such as APFSDS (Armor-Piercing Fin-Stabilized Discarding Sabot), HE (High Explosive), HEAT (High Explosive Anti-Tank), etc. It also allows the crew to fire the coaxial machine gun and externally mounted anti-aircraft gun.
The CGS can be built into a standard 20-foot shipping container for portability and outdoor installation. Tank CGS can also be installed on the ground without the container.
